Mobile service travel fees are calculated based on driving distance from our Broadbeach Waters base using Google Maps and will be clearly advised at the time of booking.

Scripting & Dispensing Fee

Every drip requires a script from our prescriber, which carries a $50 fee annually. For pay-as-you-go bookings, this $50 fee applies at each visit. For members, this is consolidated into a single $50 annual fee — waived entirely if added to an existing LIVN IV membership.

Membership Fees

A $50 scripting fee applies to all new memberships, billed annually. This fee is waived for members adding a package to an existing LIVN IV membership.

Cancellation Policy

No lock-in contracts — pause or cancel your membership anytime. We just ask for 2 weeks' notice before your next billing date so we can adjust your schedule accordingly.
